Flor De Diego serves as the Executive Legal Assistant and Firm Operations Manager at Laster & Associates, LLC, where she has been an integral part of the firm for over a year and a half. Known in the office as the “assistant extraordinaire,” Flor plays a critical role in supporting case management, client communication, and the day-to-day operations that keep the firm running efficiently and effectively.

Prior to joining Laster & Associates, Flor gained valuable experience working at an immigration law firm, where she developed a strong foundation in legal support and client advocacy. Her background has equipped her with the skills to navigate complex legal matters while maintaining a compassionate and client-centered approach.

Flor is recognized for her bright, welcoming personality and her ability to make clients feel comfortable and supported throughout the legal process. As a bilingual professional, with Spanish as her first language and English learned through her academic career, she is able to effectively assist and communicate with a diverse client base.
